A Real Estate Agent plays a pivotal role in assisting clients during the buying, selling, or renting of properties.   • Leverage social media platforms and online listing services to promote properties effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong negotiation skills with an ability to resolve issues proactively.
  • Deep understanding of the local real estate market and related laws.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Proficiency with real estate databases and CRM systems for managing clients.
  • A valid real estate agent license in the respective region or state.
