Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Sales Executive, you will play an essential role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new business and nurturing existing client relationships. You will act as the primary contact between the company and its potential or current clients, effectively managing accounts and ensuring client satisfaction. With a focus on digital marketing solutions, your role will involve understanding client needs and effectively communicating the benefits of our services to help them achieve their business goals. Your proficiency in digital marketing trends and sales strategies will be crucial in developing and implementing sales plans that engage new clients and optimize revenue opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the digital marketing segment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify sales opportunities and customer needs.
  • Present and explain the company’s digital marketing services to potential clients.
  • Coordinate with the digital marketing team to customize solutions for clients.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets by closing business deals with clients.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of services and support to clients in your portfolio.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and forecast to assist in strategy planning.
  • Keep updated on sophisticated industry trends and competition activities.
  • Utilize client feedback to improve services and ensure satisfaction levels are high.
  • Develop informative proposals and presentations tailored to the client’s needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of service with new and existing clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in digital marketing solutions.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and trends in the industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present effectively.
  • High level of customer service orientation and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
