A Property Consultant plays a pivotal role in the real estate industry, serving as a trusted advisor and intermediary for clients looking to buy, sell, or rent properties. Responsibilities

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms.
  • Prepare and complete necessary legal documents and agreements for all transactions.
  • Evaluate properties to suggest competitive pricing strategies and marketing techniques.
  • Keep clients updated on new property listings and potential investment opportunities.
  • Utilize marketing and advertising strategies to reach potential buyers or tenants effectively.
  • Stay informed on real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all transactions.
  • Track and manage client databases to enhance relationship management and follow-up processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working as a property consultant or a similar role in real estate.
  • Strong knowledge of property management and sales procedures and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for closing sales effectively.
  • Familiarity with property marketing trends and the ability to implement innovative strategies.
  • Proficient in using property management and real estate software applications.
  • Valid real estate agent license is required for conducting transactions legally.
