Project Manager

We are recruiting a Project Manager for one of the construction companies based in Sharjah, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee projects by defining scope, timelines, and deliverables
  
• Allocate resources effectively and coordinate with production and design teams
  
• Manage project budgets and monitor material costs
  
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation measures
  
• Ensure timely delivery through structured scheduling
  
• Uphold high-quality standards across all produced models
  
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
  
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular updates and collaboration
  
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the production team
  
• Document project progress and prepare comprehensive reports
  
• Drive continuous improvement in processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
  
  
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
  
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management, preferably within architecture, design, or fabrication industries
