Job Description

The Project Manager – HR Ops is a pivotal role that bridges the gap between human resources and project management, ensuring seamless operations and successful execution of HR-related projects. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within this critical domain while working closely with HR teams, stakeholders, and external partners. The Project Manager will lead initiatives that aim to streamline HR operations, improve employee experience, and optimize HR technology systems. Candidates should possess a keen ability to manage cross-functional teams, exhibit strong leadership skills, and demonstrate expertise in HR processes and project management methodologies. This role requires a strategic thinker who can work collaboratively and effectively communicate with all levels of the organization to drive project success and fulfill HR operational goals.


Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage HR projects from initiation through to completion.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives on time.
  • Develop detailed project plans to track progress and manage changes.
  • Facilitate smooth communication among all project stakeholders and the HR team.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks affecting project timelines and outcomes.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within budget and resource allocations.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, metrics, and deliverables to stakeholders.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to gauge project outcomes and areas for improvement.
  • Liaise with external vendors and partners for effective project management support.
  • Utilize industry-best project management tools and methodologies for efficient delivery.
  • Champion the adoption of new HR technologies and process improvements.
  • Ensure alignment between HR strategic objectives and project execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in project management or HR operations.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on schedule.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and systems integration.
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in project management software and HRIS platforms is highly desirable.
