Job Description

An orthodontist is a specialized dental professional who focuses on diagnosing, preventing, and treating dental and facial irregularities. This role involves creating personalized treatment plans to straighten teeth, align jaws, and enhance smiles for patients of all ages. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree required.
  • Completion of a specialized orthodontic program accredited by relevant authorities.
  • Valid license to practice as an orthodontist are mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of dental and orthodontic theories and practices.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and precision in handling orthodontic tools.
  • Ability to develop and implement personalized orthodontic treatment plans.
  • Exceptional communication skills for interacting with patients and staff.
  • Commitment to continuous education and training in orthodontic advancements.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle a variety of patient cases.
  • Good physical stamina for long periods in a clinical setting.
