Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support and resolve hardware/software issues promptly.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot system errors through comprehensive analysis of logs.
  • Install and configure hardware components like desktops and printers efficiently.
  • Manage software installations and updates to maintain optimal system performance.
  • Coordinate with vendors for technical assistance and equipment resolutions.
  • Configure user accounts and access permissions following IT security policies.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with IT standards.
  • Monitor network performance and maintain network infrastructure stability.
  • Provide training and guidance on new technologies and system functionalities.
  • Document technical procedures and create comprehensive user manuals efficiently.
  • Assist in the execution of IT projects and system upgrades successfully.
  • Respond to user inquiries and ensure timely resolution of all IT support requests.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field.
  • Three years of experience in IT support or technical troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of operating systems such as Windows and macOS.
  • Proficient with network administration, including TCP/IP and DHCP protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to technical details.
  • Effective communication abilities for remote and in-person user support.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+ are highly regarded.
