Spray Painter

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Spray Painter to join our manufacturing team. The Spray Painter will be responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing components and products using spray painting equipment in accordance with company standards and specifications.

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming as required.
• Operate spray painting equipment to apply coatings (e.g., primer, paint, protective finishes) to metal, plastic, or other materials.
• Mix and match paints according to specified formulas or color charts.
• Inspect finished surfaces for quality, coverage, and consistency.
• Maintain painting equipment and work area, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with safety standards.
• Follow blueprints, work orders, or verbal instructions to complete tasks.
• Record material usage and work completed. Identify and report equipment malfunctions or quality issues.
•  Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals and timelines

• Certification in industrial painting or coatings (e.g., NACE, SSPC) is a plus.
• Forklift or overhead crane operation experience is beneficial.

• Familiarity with lean manufacturing practices.
