KILONEWTONS is seeking a detail-oriented INVENTORY CONTROLLER with 5+ years experience to optimize our warehouse operations in SHARJAH. If you excel in inventory accuracy, data analysis, and supply chain management, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Oversee complete inventory cycle – from receiving to dispatch
Implement inventory control procedures to minimize loss
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
Generate detailed reports on stock levels, turnover, and valuation
Coordinate with procurement/sales teams for optimal stock levels
Maintain accurate records using advanced inventory systems
Ensure compliance with UAE warehouse regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years as Inventory Controller in manufacturing/warehousing
Expertise in inventory software: SAP, Oracle, Fishbowl, or similar
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros)
Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail
Knowledge of FIFO, LIFO, and JIT inventory methods
Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics (preferred)
Excellent communication in English (Arabic a plus)
