Job Description

The HR and Recruitment Manager plays a pivotal role within an organization, leading the recruitment and talent acquisition process, while also ensuring effective HR management. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's objectives, ensuring that the recruitment processes meet current and future talent needs. The manager is responsible for overseeing a team of recruiters and HR professionals, guiding them in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees in a manner that reflects the organization's standards and culture. Furthermore, they lead employee retention efforts and work on enhancing the employer brand to attract top talent. They act as a mediator between employees and management, facilitating a healthy work environment and resolving any work-related issues. With a strong focus on compliance and company policies, the HR and Recruitment Manager ensures a seamless and effective HR function to support organizational growth.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment lifecycle from talent scoping to onboarding for smooth processes.
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies aligning with business objectives.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to the recruiting and HR team members daily.
  • Design and implement comprehensive employee retention programs to minimize turnover.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand recruiting needs and requirements.
  • Enhance the employer brand through strategic marketing and social media tactics.
  • Resolve employee issues and conflicts to maintain a harmonious work environment.
  • Ensure all HR activities are in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to assess and improve recruitment processes.
  • Develop training and development plans to enhance employee skill sets.
  • Prepare recruitment metrics and reports to monitor and evaluate hiring efficacy.
  • Manage HR-related documentation and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR and recruitment experience in a corporate setting.
  • Strong understanding of HR legislation and best practices in recruitment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse interactions.
  • Proficiency in HR software, applicant tracking systems, and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
