• Formulation of optimized premix & feed formulations for all customers of IAN.
• Acting as a Subject Matter Expert on Technical/Nutritional support to Sales team and customers. To support clients/cutomers Nutrition manager on Feed and premix formulation in the office and online.
• Introduction of new concepts, develop new products and technologies in Animal Nutrition.

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Formulate optimized premixes and feeds based on customer requirements and breed specifications.
• Optimize standard formulas for feeds and premixes.
• Provide technical/nutritional support to the sales team and customers. Assist customers and farmers with various technical queries.
• Coordinate with the production team for batching and dosing checks.
• Support the Nutrition Manager in feed and premix formulation, introducing new concepts, and developing new products and technologies in animal nutrition.
• Identify nutritional concepts and technologies outside IFFCO for implementation.
• Apply measures to monitor products, conduct laboratory tests, and ensure the production of high-quality premixes and feeds. Perform competitors product testing and benchmark our product performance.
• Communicate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities in various markets. Cooperate with IFFCO Poultry Division for trials and technical cooperation. Continuously benchmark competing products for functionality and cost.
• Maintain expertise in nutritional trends and stay up to date with regulatory changes locally and internationally.
• Provide technical support for the purchase of vitamins and additives.3
• Allocate work to subordinates, nominate for training, conduct performance reviews, and manage leave and overtime to ensure efficiency.
• Understand legal requirements and company HSE policies, Implement and ensure compliance in the responsible areas.

Qualification :

Education: Minimum Bachelors degree in Veterinary Science.

Experience: 5-8 years experience in R&D function of Animal Feed Industry.
