International Director

About the Job:

A high-impact international leadership role focused on driving export growth across strategic global markets. This role will report directly to the CEO and oversee a small international team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute the international commercial strategy across global markets
• Oversee distributor performance across diverse international territories
• Appoint new distributors and conduct regional feasibility assessments
• Troubleshoot distributor performance issues and implement strategic improvements
• Contribute to business growth with ownership of P&L
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams across sales, marketing, and supply chain

Key Ingredients:

• Proven experience in FMCG export management and distributor development
• Strong track record managing international markets and partners
• Ability to resolve distributor challenges and execute corrective strategies
• Experience opening new markets and conducting feasibility studies
• Experience leading commercial growth in emerging markets
• High commercial acumen and P&L ownership experience
