Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in various environments.
• Interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to identify project scope and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes and standards.
• Inspect electrical systems and components to identify hazards, defects, or required adjustments.
• Provide troubleshooting expertise to resolve electrical problems promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with project managers and other trades to achieve project deadlines efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, including inspection reports and maintenance logs.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to apprentice electricians and junior team members.

• Perform routine checks of installed electrical equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Manage inventory and requisition of electrical supplies and equipment as needed.

Requirements

• Completion of an electrical apprenticeship program or related vocational training is mandatory.
• Valid electrician license or certification as required by local or state authorities.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and blueprints is essential.
• Minimum of three years of professional experience in electrical installation and maintenance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and safety regulations.
