Job Description

The Digital Marketing Strategist is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve the organization's marketing goals and objectives. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various online channels.


Responsibilities:


Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with the organization's overall marketing objectives.

Identify target audiences and market segments for digital campaigns.

Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

Create and manage content calendars and advertising schedules.

Develop and optimize digital content, including website content, blog posts, social media posts, and email campaigns.

Ensure content is aligned with SEO best practices and relevant keywords.

Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools.

Make data-driven recommendations for campaign improvements and adjustments.

Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.

Track expenses and report on budget utilization.

Optimize website content and structure for search engine optimization (SEO).

Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns and keyword research for search engine marketing (SEM).

Create and curate engaging social media content.

Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages.

Grow and engage the organization's social media followers.

Develop email marketing campaigns, including content creation, list segmentation, and A/B testing.

Analyze email campaign results and optimize future campaigns.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.

Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategy.

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Strategist or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tactics, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing software).
  • Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
