The Assistant Marketing Manager - Middle East will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of regional marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive consumer engagement. Based in the vibrant and diverse region of the Middle East, this role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a deep understanding of the socio-cultural nuances within the market. Collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager, you will assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and social media. This position requires a strong analytical mindset to assess campaign performance and propose strategies for optimization. The successful candidate will have a passion for marketing, a creative flair, and the ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines. You will work cross-functionally with sales, product development, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to building a strong market presence and achieving business growth objectives in the region.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and growth.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to coordinate effective marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for brand expansion.
  • Manage multiple marketing channels including digital, print, and social media campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to generate actionable insights and improve strategies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and deliverables.
  • Liaise with external agencies and vendors to ensure quality and timely execution of marketing activities.
  • Develop and manage budgets for marketing projects ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Coordinate and oversee promotional events, trade shows, and other marketing activities.
  • Assist in the creation and production of marketing materials, both digital and print.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and competitor activities in the Middle East market.
  • Support the development and nurturing of key relationships with clients and partners.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of relevant marketing experience within the Middle East region.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively.
  • Proven track record in successfully managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including communication, negotiation, and collaboration abilities.
  • Deep understanding of cultural sensitivities and market dynamics in the Middle East.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
