Job Description

The Digital Marketing Coordinator is a crucial member of our marketing team, responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the company's digital marketing efforts. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing manager to develop impactful digital marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales. As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in optimizing our digital presence across various platforms and ensuring our marketing strategies align with the company's objectives. You will also analyze campaign data, monitor trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve future campaigns. Through your efforts, you will help to elevate the company’s brand recognition and facilitate effective communication with our audience across multiple digital channels.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple online platforms.
  • Coordinate with the design and content teams to create engaging marketing materials.
  • Manage social media accounts, including content creation and engagement activities.
  • Analyze the performance of digital campaigns using various analytics tools.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and target customer demographics.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
  • Optimize website content for SEO to increase organic search traffic and visibility.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all digital channels.
  • Monitor digital marketing budgets and allocate resources appropriately.
  • Collaborate with external agencies for tasks such as PPC advertisement management.
  • Track and report on KPI metrics to measure the success of marketing efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to apply the latest best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective marketing content.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and software, including Google Analytics.
  • Ability to analyze data to make informed marketing strategy decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in campaign execution.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
