Job Description

The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in the growth and success of our organization. This position is responsible for identifying opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and closing new business opportunities.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Ability to travel as needed for business and industry events.
