Job Description

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our organization. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and negotiating deals that align with our strategic growth goals. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape changes.
  • Prepare and deliver effective presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop viable business strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements that benefit both parties involved.
  • Track and report on business development activities and outcomes weekly.
  • Attend networking events and industry seminars to expand the company’s reach.
  • Create and manage a pipeline of prospective clients and partners efficiently.
  • Analyze sales and performance metrics to make informed business decisions.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team on market needs and gaps.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments to position our services competitively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development or sales roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
