Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Arabic-speaking patients.

  • Develop and implement patient support programs and care initiatives.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure a seamless healthcare experience for patients.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of patient interactions and resolutions.
  • Assist in translating medical documents and patient information into Arabic.
  • Conduct patient satisfaction surveys and report findings to management.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a patient-facing or customer service role within healthcare.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centric approach.
  • Ability to manage and resolve stressful situations calmly and effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with computer systems, including electronic health record software.
