Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Barista to join a Bowling Center in Ajman. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, beverages, and light snacks while ensuring excellent guest service in a fun, family-friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• ·      Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages (coffee, tea, smoothies, juices, etc.)
• ·      Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently
• ·      Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, equipment, and seating area in compliance with food safety standards
• ·      Restock supplies and inventory as needed
• ·      Provide friendly and prompt customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction
• ·      Assist in promoting special offers, combo deals, and menu items
• ·      Support the team in daily operations of the café area within the bowling center

Requirements:

• ·      Previous experience as a Barista or in a café/restaurant environment preferred
• ·      Strong customer service and communication skills
• ·      Ability to work in a fast-paced, family-oriented entertainment setting
• ·      Knowledge of coffee machines and beverage preparation techniques
• ·      Team player with a positive attitude
• ·      Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• ·      Candidates must be available to join immediately
