Art Teacher

We are looking for a professional arts and crafts teacher who can work with children aged 3 to 16.They introduce children to different art mediums, encourage creativity, and help develop their artistic abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Design age-appropriate art lessons and activities that align with the nursery's curriculum and educational goals.
• Incorporate a variety of art forms, such as drawing, painting, collage, and crafts.
• Provide children with opportunities to experiment with different art materials and techniques.
• Encourage imaginative thinking and self-expression through art.
• Demonstrate art techniques and provide step-by-step instructions to help children create their artwork.
• Offer guidance and support to children while allowing them to explore their creativity.
• Ensure that art materials are safe and age-appropriate for young children.
• Organize and manage art supplies to create an inviting and accessible art area.
• Observe children's engagement with art activities and assess their progress and development.
• Adapt teaching strategies based on individual children's interests and abilities.
• Work closely with other teachers and educators to integrate art into other subjects and activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a well-rounded educational experience.
• Communicate with parents about children's art experiences, progress, and creative development.
• Display and showcase children's artwork to involve parents in the learning process.
• Introduce children to various art forms from different cultures and traditions.
• Foster an appreciation for diversity and global art practices.

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, fine arts, art education, or a related field.
• Passion for working with young children and promoting creativity.
• Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods.
• Strong artistic skills and proficiency in various art mediums.
• Creativity in designing engaging and stimulating art activities.
