• Demonstrate a complete understanding of the hotel’s and residence’s policies and procedures and service standards and have full knowledge of the hotel facilities and happenings at all times.

• Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. Our Wellness Host must communicate with other departments in order to ensure the alignment remains.

• Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. Our Wellness Host must communicate with other departments in order to ensure the alignment remains. English is the primary language used in our residences. You can comfortably communicate in this language.
• Previous experience as Wellness Host is preferred. High level of English and additional languages is an advantage.
