Areas Of Responsibilities

• Create and implement visual merchandising strategies to promote products and enhance customer experience.
• Design and set up attractive and functional in-store displays and window installations.
• Collaborate with store, marketing, and buying teams to ensure visual presentation supports promotional activities and product launches.
• Monitor and maintain store presentation standards including mannequins, lighting, signage, and props.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure consistency of visual displays across locations and provide feedback and training to staff.
• Analyze customer behavior and market trends to inform merchandising decisions.
• Maintain inventory and manage the procurement of visual display materials and tools.
• Stay up to date with industry best practices and competitors’ visual merchandising techniques.
  
  

Profile of qualification:

• Degree or diploma in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Fashion, or related field.
• Experience in [specific industry, e.g., fashion, luxury goods, consumer electronics
• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or similar role in retail.
• Strong portfolio of past visual merchandising projects.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles and retail layout optimization.
• Creative flair, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to travel between store locations and work during non-standard hours when required.
