About The Job

Reporting to MD, Enterprise & Partnership, the position will be responsible for the generation of new (to NI) Acquiring business from Enterprises in U.A.E.

This will be a key role in helping Network expand its Market share

Annual Revenue Target in 2025: US $ 1.7 M in Net Spread.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a Sales Plan for Enterprise Accounts
  • Lead a team of Sales professionals to Prospect for and close profitable new (to NI) Enterprise accounts, contracts, and deals
  • Ensure Transition of new accounts into client management with seamless hand-over
  • Ensure Market Intelligence on upcoming opportunities
  • Support the overall Business development strategy for Network across all products, including identification of key segments & accounts and definition of customer propositions and key messages.
  • Developing a healthy sales pipeline
  • Support the execution of the sales strategy by identifying opportunities for revenue growth in key accounts.
  • Possess the ability to learn Network’s products and services and be able to present these professionally to the sales team & potential customers.
  • Ensure response to received referrals by the Sales team within agreed timeframes.
  • Develop appropriate relationships with potential large customers with the intention of winning profitable business for Network.
  • The negotiation of terms with large customers which maximises the long-term profitability of Network.
  • Presenting Network to large potential clients through direct communication in face to face / virtual meetings and emails.
  • Generate leads for Sales team from indirect sources
  • Ensure that the Sales team actively and successfully manages the sales process
  • Individual responsibility for achieving organization’s new business revenues from U.A.E. , and ability to self-manage.
  • Professional representation of the company and brand internally and externally.
  • Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation.
  • Responding to tenders (RFPs) and requests for information (RFIs) in a timely manner.
  • Effectively interact with other departments including the Operations and technical team to address Sales Team’s issues
  • Ensuring Network’s Sales Team remains proactive and responsive to prospective clients.
  • Ensure pricing new relationships in line with agreed pricing policy by Sales Team

Qualifications

Educational

  • A minimum of a M.B.A. Degree

Professional

  • At least 10 years of experience on the Sales front within U.A.E. with at least five years a Head of Sales unit with Financial institution in U.A.E.
  • Proven track record of cross-selling, opening up new business segments.
  • Proven account/sales management experience dealing with large Corporate clients
  • Experience of managing large Sales Team.
  • Excellent English language skills, with a second language Hindi , Urdu, Tagalog or Arabic highly desirable.
