UAE National-Senior Employee Relations and Payroll Officer

We are seeking Senior Employee Relations Officer for a reputable university in the UAE.

*Primary Functions*

The Senior Officer, Employee Relations plays a crucial role in fostering positive relationships between the university administration and its staff. Their responsibilities include ensuring adherence to labor laws, addressing employee concerns, managing personnel matters, and resolving conflicts in line with HR policies. Additionally, they oversee the precise and timely input of payroll information, ensure on-time processing of compensation and benefits for all employees in collaboration with internal partners.

*Qualifications and Experience*

-Bachelor's Degree in HR, Accounting, or any other related field. Master's degree is preferred.

-Minimum of 5 years of HR experience.

-Preferred experience in a higher education setting.

*Knowledge and Skills*

-Fluent written and spoken English skills.

-Knowledge of UAE Labor Laws.

-Experience with payroll systems, practices, and procedures.

-Excellent organizational skills.
