Travel and Tours Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
• Itinerary Planning: Design and organize travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, tours, and other travel services.
• Booking Management: Handle reservations, payments, and confirmations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire travel process.
• Travel Advice: Offer advice on destinations, travel regulations, and necessary travel documentation.
• Problem Solving: Address any issues or emergencies that may arise during the client's trip.
• Sales and Marketing: Promote travel packages and special deals to potential clients.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the travel industry.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in GDS like Sabre or Amadeus.
• Knowledge of global travel destinations and trends.
• Language: Fluency in English (both oral and written); knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
