About the Role

We are seeking a Yield Success Lead to own and scale yield optimization across iion’s marketplace. This is not a traditional partner management role - it’s about driving revenue, efficiency, and performance through data, experimentation, and algorithmic systems. You will be responsible for analyzing supply and demand dynamics, maximizing yield across environments, and working closely with Product to define and evolve the algorithms and machine learning models that power our marketplace.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep analytical skills, proven yield management experience, and the ability to translate insights into product improvements and revenue growth. You will act as the bridge between Marketplace, Product, and Partner teams, ensuring we extract maximum value while delivering consistent results for publishers and buyers.

Role Responsibilities:

• Own iion’s yield strategy: develop frameworks to maximize revenue, fill, and efficiency across all supply and demand channels
• Partner with Product and Data teams to design and refine algorithmic and machine learning systems that automate optimization
• Build analytical models to evaluate performance drivers, forecast outcomes, and recommend improvements to marketplace dynamics
• Define, measure, and report on yield KPIs across supply, demand, and pricing strategies
• Lead continuous A/B testing and experimentation to optimize auction mechanics, floor pricing, pacing, and ad quality
• Translate yield insights into actionable recommendations for Marketplace and Partner teams
• Create feedback loops with publishers and demand partners to identify optimization opportunities and close performance gaps
• Deliver executive-level insights and strategy reports on yield trends, risks, and growth opportunities
• Mentor and upskill internal teams to ensure yield thinking becomes core to how iion operates

Role Requirements:

• 5-7 yrs proven experience in yield optimization, programmatic monetization, ad tech strategy, or related analytical roles
• Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to model, forecast, and interpret complex marketplace dynamics
• Familiarity with auction theory, pricing strategies, and machine learning applications in ad tech
• Experience collaborating with Product/Data teams to design algorithms or optimization systems
• Excellent stakeholder management: able to bridge technical, commercial, and partner needs
• Proficiency with analytical tools (Excel a must and SQL, Python/R a plus) and project management/documentation tools (Notion a bonus)
• A proactive, experimental mindset: comfortable running tests, learning fast, and iterating
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
