About the Role
We are seeking a Yield Success Lead to own and scale yield optimization across iion’s marketplace. This is not a traditional partner management role - it’s about driving revenue, efficiency, and performance through data, experimentation, and algorithmic systems. You will be responsible for analyzing supply and demand dynamics, maximizing yield across environments, and working closely with Product to define and evolve the algorithms and machine learning models that power our marketplace.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep analytical skills, proven yield management experience, and the ability to translate insights into product improvements and revenue growth. You will act as the bridge between Marketplace, Product, and Partner teams, ensuring we extract maximum value while delivering consistent results for publishers and buyers.
