The Telesales Executive - Financial Services is responsible for generating revenue by engaging with potential clients over the phone, understanding their financial needs, and recommending suitable financial products or services. This role involves a high level of interaction with customers and requires excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. As a Telesales Executive, you will work closely with the sales team and contribute towards achieving the overall sales goals of the organization. Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries, and solve issues, ensuring a high level of service.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of sales compliance and regulations.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and customer feedback.


Requirements:

  •  finance, business, or related field preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and financial services market.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial in this role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in previous roles.
  • Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software is essential.
  • Ability to work independently and handle rejection professionally.
