Job Description

A tele caller is responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services. They interact with potential clients, answer their queries, and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment. Tele callers must possess strong communication and persuasion skills to effectively engage customers over the phone.


  • Make outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Introduce products or services to customers.
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide information.
  • Persuade customers to make a purchase or take desired actions.
  • Follow script and maintain professional communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Identify and escalate customer issues or concerns.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.

  • Stay updated with product or service knowledge.


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in telemarketing or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities.
