Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you will play a crucial role in attracting, identifying, and engaging top talent to drive organizational success.   • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Cultivate and promote a strong employer brand to attract top talent globally.
  • Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to reach passive candidates.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of hiring processes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide guidance and training to the recruitment team on industry best practices.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners.
  • Leverage data analytics to make informed decisions and improve recruitment processes.
  • Foster a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading a talent acquisition team in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of staff.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations affecting recruitment.
  • Experience in utilizing data analytics to enhance talent acquisition processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently under tight deadlines.
