Job Description

A Recruitment Executive is a key asset to any organization, playing a crucial role in the talent acquisition process. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Utilize job portals, social media, and networking platforms to source potential candidates.
  • Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for interviews.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
  • Provide feedback and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and manage applicant tracking systems effectively.
  • Negotiate job offers and terms of employment with selected candidates professionally.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer.
  • Ensure compliance with all hiring policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced industry or role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and ability to source diverse talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software tools.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to make sound hiring decisions.
