About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Supervisor - Sports and Leisure to join Jumeirah Al Naseem. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Supervise Sports and Leisure attendants, ensure areas are clean, tasks are followed up, and checklists are completed.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, handle complaints and feedback, and ensure operational procedures meet hotel standards.
• Ensure relevant administrative documents, checklists, safety inspections, and reports are accurately completed.
• Oversee lifeguard rotations, breaks, and ensure all positions are covered and training requirements are met.
• Conduct interviews, appraise, consult, and develop Sports and Leisure colleagues for growth and ensure equipment is maintained.
• Respond to emergencies, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, ensure equipment is properly maintained, and follow safety policies.

• UAE National as per government requirements. 
• 2 years in a role within recreation at a 5-star hotel; guest-facing department experience is an advantage.
• Diploma in Hotel Operations or Hotel Management.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
