Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and high-quality structural drawings for residential, commercial, and high-rise building projects. You will work closely with structural engineers and project teams to develop detailed drawings that adhere to project specifications, codes, and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed structural drawings and layouts for various construction projects using AutoCAD and other drafting software.

Translate engineers’ and architects’ designs into technical drawings.

Coordinate with structural engineers to ensure drawings meet project specifications and regulatory requirements.

Revise drawings based on feedback from engineers, consultants, and site teams.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of drawings and revisions.

Ensure that drawings are delivered on time and align with project schedules.

Collaborate with other disciplines (architectural, MEP, etc.) to ensure coordination of drawings.

Assist in preparing as-built drawings at the completion of the project.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a structural draftsman in the construction industry.

Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit or other BIM software is an advantage.
