As a Strategy Analyst, you will be at the forefront of business development and transformation initiatives within our organization. Responsibilities 

  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Develop comprehensive reports detailing strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with team members to design and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Identify and evaluate competitive landscape to inform business strategies.
  • Support senior management in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
  • Analyze internal processes and identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
  • Monitor industry developments to keep the company ahead of market curves.
  • Leverage data analytics to provide actionable insights for business growth.
  • Create and maintain dashboards for real-time strategic insights visualization.
  • Participate in the creation of communication strategies to inform stakeholders.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Engage in scenario planning to prepare for potential market disruptions.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field required.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a strategy analyst role preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with proven experience in data interpretation.
  • Excellent communication abilities with both written and oral presentations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and strategic analysis tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional team members effectively.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
