Job Description

As a Specialist in E-Commerce Marketing (Digital & SEO), you will be at the forefront of driving online sales and enhancing our digital presence. This role is integral to creating and executing effective marketing strategies that boost online visibility, improve search engine rankings, and optimize digital advertising campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns that align with business objectives. A deep understanding of digital marketing trends, e-commerce platforms, and search engine algorithms will be critical to your success. The ideal candidate is not only skilled in technical SEO and analytical tools but is also a creative thinker who can develop innovative marketing strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to boost e-commerce sales.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for high-value search terms.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and product descriptions for search engine visibility.
  • Manage and analyze the performance of PPC campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging digital marketing materials.
  • Monitor and report on website traffic and performance using analytics tools.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and SEO trends and tools.
  • Implement link-building strategies to improve search engine rankings.
  • Coordinate with the IT team to ensure website usability and functionality.
  • Utilize social media platforms to drive traffic and enhance brand awareness.
  • Evaluate competitor marketing activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on digital marketing performance and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
  • Proven work experience in digital marketing, specifically within an e-commerce environment.
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in SEO/SEM analytics and tools such as Google Analytics and Ahrefs.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
  • Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative approach.
