The Field Sales Representative is a vital part of our sales team, responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our business. This role demands a proactive and dynamic individual who builds, maintains, and expands relationships with end-users, customer accounts, and distributors. This position involves traveling within designated territories to engage with customers and prospects directly, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. Successful candidates will have a keen eye for market expansion opportunities, exhibit strong interpersonal communication, and maintain a passion for delivering client-focused and sustainable growth in sales. Responsibilities

  • Identify prospective customers through research, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory sales plans for market expansion.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to educate customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed established sales goals and quotas on a consistent basis.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Manage customer relationships to foster long-term business partnerships.
  • Collect feedback from market to help enhance service delivery and product offering.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with sales team members and other departments for seamless solutions.
  • Report on sales activities and market trends to the sales management team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales or similar role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to travel frequently within designated sales territories as required.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting.
