Logistics Specialist

We’re Hiring: Logistics Specialist (Dubai, UAE)

Are you an experienced logistics professional with a passion for driving efficiency in the food & beverage industry? Our client, a rapidly expanding café and lifestyle brand in the UAE, is seeking a Logistics Specialist to oversee end-to-end operations — from import/export and warehousing to fleet management and final-mile delivery.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong teams, and can balance operational excellence with customer satisfaction.

• Lead demand forecasting, procurement planning, and inventory control to ensure continuous product availability.
• Manage import/export operations, including documentation, customs clearance, and compliance with UAE/GCC regulations.
• Negotiate with freight forwarders, carriers, and suppliers to secure competitive logistics costs.
• Oversee distribution and last-mile delivery across the UAE & GCC, including route optimization and fleet management.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and HACCP standards.
• Develop and mentor logistics teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  

• 3-5 years of proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or distribution management (preferably FMCG, F&B, or international trade).
• Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and trade compliance.
• Hands-on experience in forecasting, procurement, inventory planning, and fleet management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
• HACCP knowledge is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Salary package: AED 10,000 – 11,000
