JBT Marel is a leader in food technology, dedicated to innovation and excellence. As part of our international team across 8 countries in EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa), you can be based in either one of our offices in Helsingborg, Madrid, Livingston or Dubai.

The Opportunity ...

As a Spare Parts Coordinator, youll be a key player in our ambitious customer service strategy. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing spare parts inquiries from quote to order
• Following up on open orders and providing delivery updates
• Collaborating with Field Service, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure timely delivery
• Monitoring and optimizing financial performance in your region
• Driving continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

We believe that you have following skills and experiences:

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of food technology equipment is a strong advantage
• Service minded with customer-first mindset
• Strong organizational and administrative skills for managing daily tasks in various system
• Comfortable navigating in an international business environment
• Comfortable communicating with customers
• Willingness to occasionally travel to meet with customers or colleagues
  
  
  

Fluent in Arabic and English; considering the international nature of our business any additional languages are considered an advantage
