Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media and content strategy focused on boosting audience engagement.

  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for engagement, such as likes, comments, shares, and save rates.

  • Research and understand the target audience to create content that resonates with them.

  • Stay current with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to maintain a competitive edge.

Content Creation and Curation

  • Generate original content ideas that align with brand values and audience interests.

  • Create high-quality content across various formats, including written posts, graphics, short-form videos, and interactive stories.

  • Write compelling and optimized copy for all social media posts.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to source and develop content that showcases the company's culture and expertise.

  • Manage a content calendar to ensure consistent delivery of fresh and engaging material.

Community Engagement

  • Actively monitor and manage all social media channels to ensure timely and authentic responses to comments and direct messages.

  • Foster a strong online community by initiating conversations, running polls, and encouraging user participation.

  • Proactively engage with followers, influencers, and industry partners to expand the brand's network.

  • Organize and manage interactive events such as live Q&As, contests, and giveaways to drive participation.

Performance Analysis

  • Utilize social media analytics to track and report on engagement metrics, audience growth, and content performance.

  • Analyze data to identify what content and strategies are most effective at driving engagement and make data-driven decisions.

  • Provide regular reports to management, highlighting key engagement insights and future recommendations.

Brand Advocacy

  • Ensure all content and interactions are consistent with the company’s brand voice and values.

  • Identify and leverage opportunities for brand advocacy by sharing positive client testimonials and success stories
