Site Supervisor - Interior Fit Out

Job Title: SITE SUPERVISOR  (For Interior, Fitout, and Exhibition Projects)

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for Interior fit-out and exhibition projects to join our dynamic team.. 

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.

• Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, change orders, and other relevant records. Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.

• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that workmanship and materials meet the highest standards. Conduct inspections and quality checks to identify and resolve any deficiencies promptly.

• Supervise a team of workers, subcontractors and related stake within project bound. 

• Ensure quality assurance and control of project takeaways from start to completion of project.

• Enforce site safety rules and practices within the project parameter.

• Able to read shop drawings/working drawings to ensure project design intent are met as per project requirement.

Qualification/Skills

 · Significant experience in interior fit-out, retail, exhibition projects.

 · Must have a valid UAE driving license
