The Site Operations Coordinator is pivotal in ensuring the seamless functionality of daily site activities and overall operational excellence. Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the site.
  • Collaborate with different departments to align on goals and operational needs effectively.
  • Create and monitor schedules to maximize efficiency and resource allocation on site.
  • Facilitate communication among teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Identify operational challenges and recommend solutions to improve site processes continuously.
  • Conduct regular inspections to assess operations and initiate corrective measures if necessary.
  • Manage inventory and supply logistics to prevent operational disruptions and shortages.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial planning to align resources with operational objectives.
  • Support human resource management by assisting with training and performance evaluations.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required.
  • A minimum of three years' experience in operations management or coordination.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear information dissemination.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and documentation accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using operational management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to dynamic situations.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with experience leading teams in a collaborative setting.
  • Understanding of budgeting and financial planning principles in operations.
