The Assistant Project Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the project management team by coordinating and facilitating various aspects of project planning and execution. Responsibilities

  • Analyze data to provide insights on project timelines, costs, and performance metrics.

  • Manage project logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation, and procurement processes.
  • Support project managers in identifying potential project risks and creating mitigation strategies.

  • Ensure effective communication channels between project members, departments, and clients.
  • Assist with budget management to track expenditures and optimize financial resources.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools within the project management framework.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, supporting projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in project management software like MS Project, JIRA, or similar tools.
  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
