The Operations Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing the daily functions of a company's operational activities. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations supervisory roles required.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a diverse team effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making processes.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with different department heads.
  • Proficiency in using operations-related software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle stress efficiently.
