To provide quality, professional and profitable after-sales support to the Emerson customer base in Middle East & Africa for all Emerson Pressure Management (PRM) products.
In this Role, your responsibilities will be:
Lead Pressure Management LCS operations across MEA, being responsible for Depot Service, Field Service, Educational Service, and the Parts Distribution Centre.
Responsible for LCS order-to-cash process including sales targets & planning for each category.
Manage the proforma P&L for the LCS function, overseeing financial control of MEA operations, including headcount (full-time and contractors), inventory and equipment,
Be a change leader as business evolves and assist with implementation as vital for process improvements, driving lean operations and using digitization and automation wherever possible.
Constantly try to improve the company’s performance towards higher customer service standards and improve financial performance.
Partner with the PRM sales team and wider sales channels to find ways to uncover business growth opportunities and ensure capacity for targeted STO’s
Responsible for pricing of all goods and services and preparation of price quotes on larger jobs
Own and manage resolution of all warranty cases for Pressure Management product
Attain ASME VR certification at identified sites and ensure subsequent renewals occur
Owns the Approved Service Partner (ASP) Program including certification and re-qualification
Conduct customer presentations and trainings
Achieve results aligned with BU objectives, including Sales Operating Planning, Profit and Loss accountability, and Service Utilization measurement and optimization.
Quality Assurance/Health & Safety
Responsible for quality control of all work performed and determination of safety codes and engineering standards applicable to repair work performed.
Responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy work environment(s) and adhering to all Emerson policies as well as OSHA
Review and approval of Inspection and Test Plans & Documentation, processes and procedures
Implementation of non-conformance processes, corrective actions and preventive action processes
Collaborate with product engineers, representatives, suppliers, 3rd party inspection agency and customers to resolve quality issues and field any questions that arise.
Co-ordination of internal quality program, customer surveillance, third party inspection, and regulatory agency audits.
Keep employees advised of changes in work practices.
Oversee employee, community, and government relations across the region, ensuring effective staffing, training, and personal development.
Maintain workforce focus on quality, productivity, and adherence to evolving work practices through feedback, problem-solving, and guidance.
Support and develop the Saudi National workforce, fostering proficiency and engagement in business tasks.

For this Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred.
10+ Experience in the valve service industry with proven track record of turnaround execution and management
Preferred qualifications that set you apart:
Subject matter specialist in Pressure Management products, specifically Pressure Relief Valves and Pressure Regulators.
