On a given day, you will:

• Lead complex trading analysis projects that shape our product development and risk management strategies
• Monitor and analyse market trends, identifying opportunities to optimise our trading conditions and liquidity
• Develop and implement sophisticated risk management frameworks that protect our operations while maximising growth
• Utilise AI tools to streamline reporting, risk analysis and the evaluation of market trends
• Collaborate with multiple departments to resolve intricate trading challenges and ensure seamless product launches
• Build and maintain relationships with key liquidity providers to secure optimal trading conditions
• Create innovative solutions to complex trading problems, often under time-sensitive conditions
• Present data-driven recommendations to senior management that influence strategic decisions

We would love to work with you if you:

• Have 5+ years of experience in trading analysis or similar roles within regulated entities
• Hold a university degree in mathematics, finance, or a related field
• Have experience in trading platform administration, including MT4/MT5 (Admin and Manager terminals), cTrader (cBroker), and bridge solutions such as OneZero or similar
• Possess strong data analysis skills and proficiency in SQL
• Have demonstrated experience in backtesting analysis and deep knowledge of financial markets
• Can develop and implement risk management frameworks and SOPs
• Communicate confidently with diverse audiences, from technical teams to senior management
• Are fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Have experience or enthusiasm for embracing AI technologies
