Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to achieve corporate sales targets consistently.
Identify potential business opportunities, establishing new client relationships effectively.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships for sustained growth.
Conduct market research to identify sales possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations to prospective clients professionally.
Directly negotiate and close sales agreements with clients to meet targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure comprehensive customer solutions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry products and competitors' offerings.
Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and performance reports periodically.
Attend industry events and conferences to stay abreast of market trends.
Mentor and guide junior sales staff to develop the overall sales team strength.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is required.
A minimum of five years proven experience in a sales executive capacity.
Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and data-driven decision making.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills are essential.
Ability to manage complex sales processes and close large deals efficiently.
Highly self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and approach.
