Job Title: Sales Executive – Drilling Fluid Chemicals
Department: Sales & Business Development
Location: Oren Specialities FZCO – Dubai, UAE
Reporting To: Director Sales & Business Development


Basic Function:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive – Drilling Fluid Chemicals with in-depth knowledge of the chemical industry and a proven track record in oilfield chemical sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned region.


Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

·        Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the oil & gas sector, particularly in drilling fluids and related chemicals.

·        Promote and sell Oren’s portfolio of drilling fluid chemicals and additives to operators, service companies, and procurement teams.

·        Prepare and deliver technical presentations, commercial proposals, and quotations tailored to customer needs.

·        Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure proper product support and service delivery.

·        Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategy.

·        Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.

·        Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

·        Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts for management review. Observe and adhere to HSE policies, procedures and safe working practices and report obvious hazards immediately to the proper personnel.

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3–4 years of relevant sales experience in drilling fluids or chemical industry.
  • Strong understanding of drilling operations, fluid systems, and chemical applications in upstream oil & gas.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel locally and internationally as required.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
