Job Description

As a Senior Sales Associate (Arabic Speaker), you will play a critical role in driving growth and establishing strong relationships with clients within our vibrant organization. Your fluency in Arabic will be instrumental in expanding our presence and improving our market share in Arabic-speaking regions. You will be responsible for understanding the needs and preferences of our clientele and delivering exceptional service that exceeds expectations. Working alongside a dynamic team, you will contribute to the sales strategy, ensure the achievement of sales targets, and foster customer loyalty. Your expertise will also be vital in providing insights into market trends, assisting in the development of tailored offerings, and facilitating seamless communication between the company and its valued customers.


Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and client outreach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand and communicate client needs effectively to ensure satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients in Arabic.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop region-specific strategies.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
  • Provide regular feedback and insights to improve product offerings and services.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements effectively.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and monitor market trends for strategic planning.
  • Train junior sales staff and assist in their professional development.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Arabic, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a previous role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in sales, preferably within the region.
  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities in a sales context.
  • Flexibility to travel as required for client meetings and events.
