As a Senior Sales Associate (Arabic Speaker), you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic sales team, leveraging your exceptional communication skills and intimate knowledge of the Arabic language to connect with our diverse client base. Responsibilities

  • Educate clients on product features, comparisons, and benefits to encourage informed buying decisions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Assist in training and development of junior sales staff to enhance team performance.
  • Create detailed sales reports and analysis of market trends to provide actionable insights.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
  • Attend sales meetings and industry events to stay updated with market changes and innovations.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue generation.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience with a successful track record in achieving or surpassing targets.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory for effective communication.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics in a competitive market.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to forge meaningful client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for data management.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach to selling.
