As we continue to grow our footprint across the MENA region, we’re looking for a passionate Senior Retail Sales Manager to help us strengthen our retail presence and partnerships, because good business is built on great relationships.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving our retail sales initiatives across the MENA region, working closely with marketing, distributors, and your sales team to deliver strong results. You’ll turn strategy into action, lead your team with purpose, and make sure our iconic brands reach even more tables across the region.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Execute retail sales plans and initiatives within assigned MENA territories to achieve sales targets and brand objectives.
• Support in developing and implementing pricing strategies by sharing relevant market and competitor insights.
• Manage, coach, and develop the retail sales team to deliver outstanding results and team performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with RTM (Route to Market) distribution partners to ensure effective execution.
• Identify and act on new business opportunities to grow McCain’s retail presence, escalating strategic recommendations to the Managing Director Middle East.
• Assist in distributor agreement negotiations and ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
• Gather and report on market trends, competitor activities, and performance KPIs to guide decision-making.
• Partner with Marketing to activate local brand and promotional campaigns.
• Track sales metrics and performance, reporting progress and insights to the management.
• Represent McCain at key customer meetings, trade events, and industry gatherings.

• Leadership team & Managing Director: for performance alignment and reporting.
• Marketing: to ensure brand consistency and channel planning.
• Demand Planning, Customer Service, and Finance: to drive operational efficiency and financial performance.
• RTM Distributors & Key Retailers: to strengthen execution and partnership quality.
  
  

You’ll also liaise with external research and analytics partners to ensure our actions are grounded in data and consumer insights.

About You

• A strong track record in retail sales management within the FMCG or food industry.
• Proven ability to design and execute sales strategies that deliver results.
• Exceptional collaboration, influencing, and coaching skills, you know how to lead through people.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to balance strategic goals with practical execution.
• Experience managing teams and working cross-functionally across marketing, finance, and supply chain.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in a multicultural environment.
